Operation of Hallym Polytechnic H-CAP (Hallym Career Assistance Program)
Through the establishment of an online career support system called Hallym Career Assistance Program, we offer various types of career related psychological tests and opportunities to manage work experiences in stages. Also, online consultations are available with the supply of job information of excellent companies, we support customized career development services.
Operation of Career Consulting Service
Through one to one customized consulting, we support students in selecting the correct career path, and to prepare for the desired area in the future. Any Hallym Polytechnic student can request consulting with a career support staff.
Employment Support Program in Stages for Successful Employment
Students of all levels are provided with various programs on career development, so they can prepare for employment depending on the major and standing. Students can participate in career aptitude tests, and participate in lecture series on objective selection, resume writing and interviews, and also in CDP programs and career camps.
Operation of Hallym Polytechnic Job Cafe
By providing space to share employment information, the café is equipped with computers for job information searches and books related to employment. Through group consultations with the employment supporter, students with identical interests can create and manage career clubs supported by the university.
Introduction of Mock Interview System
In order to effectively prepare for difficult interviews, a cutting edge mock interview system has been established to be used anytime. Interview preparation will be available for the application fields and majors, and after the interview is complete, a feedback by the employment supporter will provide the student with perfect interview preparation assistance.
Operation of Enrolled Student Career Development Program
Departments have signed academy-industry cooperation agreements with industries in the major field in order to provide various experiences including work experience, special lectures, and field trips, to increase awareness of particular jobs and to instill work ethic. Students will be able to participate in various major related experience development programs that businesses desire.
Workday Event
Through invitation of former graduates of our university and major related professionals, discussions and meetings will be held to help the job-seeking students, to provide practical information and to answer questions.
Operation of Hallym Polytechnic Post Graduation Program
The Post Graduation Program offers consulting, resume and interview clinic, and corporate recommendation service through the employment support system for graduates of our university. Even after graduation, former students are eligible to receive the same continued experience management and employment support as offered to current students.
