Established as the first ‘Dept. of Traditional Cooking’ in Korea in 1988a and renamed as ‘Dept. of Tourism Food Service Cuisine’, we have expanded the focus of education by strengthening personality development and field-centered, practical cooking trainings.

It has been built up the education infrastructure by our faculty composed of specialists in each field such as cooking, baking, breadmaking, wine food styling, industry field training and a specialized course of study.

Our students acquire certificates such as a certificate of cooking technician, a certificate of food sanitation manager, etc. and they are granted a tourism cooking associate degree and a practical teacher’s license at the time of graduation. It trains the best chefs and specialists who are able to work in cooking-related educational institutes, food service industry, etc.
