A physical therapist is a health and medical specialist who reduces patients’ pains and edema with their hands and makes them recover their physical function damaged by exercise.
Dept. of Physical Therapy has six Hallym medical center-affiliated general hospitals and concentrates characterization and specialization by strengthening global abilities and field-centered education through MOU conclusion with Germany SLK hospital, Germany sports hospital, overseas hospitals and universities in Singapore, Australia, Japan, etc. under the growing goal, “Passion, No.1, Globalization”.
In particular, it is the only department that students can attain both Master’s and Doctor’s degree as students graduating with a three-year Bachelor’s degree of from Dept. of Physical Therapy in Hallym University are given opportunity for major intensive course for Masters-Doctors combined (one-step) program offered by the same foundation of Graduate School of Hallym University.
